Chapter Fifty-Two: Let’s See What You Have Prepared
The living room was laid with solid wood flooring, and the drawers and cabinets the beautiful young woman was searching through were all of the low television stand variety. Bending over was hardly enough to reach inside, so she simply knelt on the floor, her ample figure raised as she rummaged. It was the beginning of autumn, yet the lingering heat of the season still held sway.
The beautiful young woman hummed a tune as she moved through various poses, and though frosted glass kept her hidden from view, the space left for imagination made the scene even more provocative. For nearly ten minutes, the sound of the shower echoed from the bathroom, until at last it stopped. The young woman opened the bathroom door, draped only in a bath towel, her smile coy as she stepped out. As she walked toward the sofa, she seemed to slip, letting out a shriek as she tumbled toward Qin Anyi. The towel fell away, revealing her breathtaking form.
Qin Anyi did not move away; he remained seated quietly, only reaching out to steady her. The smoothness under his touch startled him despite his mental preparation. In truth, no matter how composed he tried to be, he was still just a virgin.
With a soft moan, the young woman collapsed against him, making no effort to rise. Instead, she blinked at Qin Anyi, then suddenly leaned in, aiming to kiss his lips. Had he not been on guard, any ordinary man would have lost all sense at such a moment, seduced by her warmth and beauty, ready to seize the opportunity for passion. Yet Qin Anyi simply turned his head aside and avoided her kiss, then gently pushed her away. Despite the enticing sensation under his hand, his mind remained clear.
Though still a virgin and theoretically susceptible to temptation, it was precisely because he had never experienced such pleasures that he could maintain his rationality. Every situation has two sides; what matters is how you choose to face it.
"Wh…what's wrong…why did you push me away…I…I meant nothing else…I just wanted to thank you," the young woman said, stunned as she stared at Qin Anyi. Was there truly such a man? She was confident in her looks and figure and had believed seducing a naive high school student would be easy, but things were not going as planned.
"The thought is enough. There's no need for this. If there's nothing else, I'll leave. Put your clothes on—you don't want to catch cold," Qin Anyi replied, though he made no move to stand. He suspected these people were not finished yet; to leave now would be a waste of time.
The young woman bit her lip as she glared at Qin Anyi, then let out a cold snort. She picked up a teapot from the coffee table beside the sofa and hurled it to the floor with force. The sharp crash rang out, and immediately the apartment door opened and four burly men rushed in.
